This went to a woman who Is loosing her home under foreclosure to gain access to the PSPC Library through Private Membership.

Both recipients had lost their income due to COVID requirement Refusals and are about to be foreclosed on with no where to go. Both families have children and don't earn enough to pay for the basics. Names withheld for privacy concerns.
